The room service was lackluster, and it took days for basic cleanliness to be addressed. the fridge in my room wasn't functioning when I arrived, which was frustrating after a long journey. The dining options were mediocre at best and did not meet the expectations of a five-star establishment.

the renaissance offers a fantastic rooftop infinity swimming pool ideal for unwinding while enjoying the scenic views. the breakfast choices were excellent with a great buffet restaurant. a special shoutout to the general manager and the front desk staff, who were really helpful during our stay.

I was celebrating a birthday and the staff went above and beyond, arranging a small cake and complimentary mocktail for us, really made the day special. Plus the food was something else, especially the desserts. they were mouthwatering and totally worth indulging in.
